Jan started classical piano lessons as a child and discovered his passion to compose early on.

His music is influenced by numerous trips to Asia and tells stories of many mystical and meditative experiences he encountered.

Another passion of Jan since childhood are Martial Arts. This was enriched by Meditation and Qi practices.
